これは、最新ＭＳジオングが足がついていない未完成品であることを指摘されたメカニックのセリフです。名もなき一般兵のセリフとしては、最も有名でしょう。

このセリフの使い方(初級編)
例えば、中古車の見積もりの場合・・・
「この車、状態の割にめちゃめちゃ安いですよね～。
え？エアバッグがついてないんですか？今どき？」
「あんなの飾りです!
えらい人にはそれがわからんのですよ!」
例えば、トマトがどうしても食べられない「とも君(6歳)」の場合・・・
「あら、とも君。トマト残しちゃだめよ!」
「トマトなんざ、食卓に色取りを添えるだけの飾りです!
大人達にはそれがわからんのです!」
例えば、尊敬すべき課長のいる職場の飲み会の場合・・・
「よ～し。みんなそろったから、そろそろ始めようか!」
「待ってください! 課長がまだ来てません!」
「課長? あんなの飾りです! それじゃ、乾杯～!!」
直撃的 使い方(上級編)
そう言えばうちのサークルでも似たようなことあったなぁ。
「じゃあ、集合写真撮りま～す。」
「ちょっと待って! リーダー(部長)がいないよ!」
「いいよ、いいよ！ どうせあんなのk(以下自粛)」
